Product Manager - Urology

Gen-eye (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Product Manager – Urology to play a pivotal role in the growth and success of its newly established urology division.

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with business goals
• Conduct market research to identify KOLs, trends, and growth opportunities
• Manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring clinical relevance and value delivery
• Collaborate with regulatory, sales, and marketing teams for compliant launches
• Oversee forecasting, inventory, and pricing to optimise profitability
• Create marketing programs, promotions, and educational initiatives
• Build strong relationships with KOLs and clinicians for strategic insights
• Support sales teams with training and effective tools
• Monitor product performance and market data to drive revenue growth
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across channels

• Tertiary degree required.
• Proven success in sales or marketing within the urology and gynaecology medical device sector.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical device and urology space.
• Prior experience as a Product Manager in medical devices.
• Advanced computer literacy
