Financial Manager Midrand Johannesburg Gauteng

Our manufacturing client in Midrand is looking for a Financial Manager with 5 years plus experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years plus of experience as a Financial Manager or similar role from a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
• Excellent experience in using Excel and SAGE
• Extensive knowledge and experience with product costing raw to finish

• Managing a team of 5 staff members within the finance team reporting to the CFO
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals working on SAGE
• Product, production and labour costings
• Financial Planning and Analysis
• Develop and oversee financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations.
• Prepare detailed financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Budget Management and Financial Reporting
• Compliance and Governance – Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Maintain effective internal controls and governance processes.
