Are you a hands‑on Financial Controller who enjoys being close to the numbers and keeping the finance engine running smoothly? We are recruiting for a well‑rounded experienced finance professional to join a growing operationally driven business where you’ll take ownership of the full finance function with added exposure to admin and HR support
. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high‑volume environment
, enjoys structure and control, and is confident rolling up their sleeves. You’ll play a key role in maintaining clean financials, strong controls and reliable reporting while also being involved in an exciting ERP migration from Sage 300 to Xero
.

• Full responsibility for the finance function, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Lead the ERP migration from Sage 300 to Xero, ensuring data integrity and process alignment.
• Oversee internal controls, journal reconciliations, trial balances, and accounts payable.
• Provide administrative and HR support as required.

• 510‑years experience in a Financial Controller role.
• Qualification not essential; proven experience and capability are key.
• Strong hands‑on experience with journals, reconciliations, and trial balances.
• Solid accounts payable experience.
• Exposure to admin and HR responsibilities.
• Experience working on Sage 300 (essential);
  Xero exposure highly advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.

• A hands‑on leadership role with real ownership and visibility.
• Exposure to the full finance function
