Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review journals, reconciliations and trial balance up to reporting stage
• Oversee the full Accounts Payable function and ensure accurate timely processing
• Manage month‑end close and maintain strong financial controls
• Support admin and HR‑related finance processes
• Assist with the system migration from Sage 300 to Xero
• Ensure records are accurate, organised and audit‑ready
• Provide reliable financial support to management in a growing digital environment

Job Experience and

Skills Required:

• 510 years experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role
• Strong hands‑on experience with journals, reconciliations and trial balance
• Solid Accounts Payable experience
• Exposure to Sage 300 essential;
  Xero experience advantageous
• Comfortable taking ownership in a small‑to‑medium business environment
• Reliable, detail‑oriented and consistent with strong tenure history
