POSITION: Financial Manager CA (SA)

LOCATION: Midrand

The Financial Manager will oversee the organization’s financial operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic financial planning. This role requires a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong post-articles experience and expertise in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and/or Sage X3.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local tax regulations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Manage internal controls and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure timely submission of statutory returns.

• Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Manage banking relationships and optimize liquidity.

• Mentor and develop finance team members.
• Collaborate with senior management to support strategic decisions.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) designation.
• Minimum 5 years post-articles experience in a financial management role.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Sage X3.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and tax legislation.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
