Overview

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a Graduate Management Accountant to join. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to kick-start their career in management accounting. As a Graduate Management Accountant, you will work closely with senior members of the finance team to learn and develop your skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for learning and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Assist in the month-end close process.
  • Perform variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of financial systems and processes.
  • Assist in ad-hoc financial projects as assigned.
  • Assist in implementation of new ERP system.
  • Assist and manage all ad-hoc tasks requested by the CFO office

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 0-1 years’ experience in a Management Accountant role within ICT sector
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Sage X3 (would be an advantage)
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Aptitude for learning and growth.
