Support Technician

As a Support Technician for Digital Surveying, you will play a vital role in delivering technical support for products across the EAME region. This includes providing on-site assistance during trials and demonstrations, as well as supporting customers through remote channels. Your responsibilities will involve showcasing solutions at trade shows and industry events, collaborating with clients on mining and exploration sites, particularly within core drilling environments, and ensuring the successful implementation of technical solutions.

Candidates should possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills. In-field experience related to mining and exploration, with a focus on core drilling operations, is highly desirable. You will contribute to a dynamic and positive work atmosphere that encourages creativity and professional growth, while networking with industry professionals to expand business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as part of a team, and demonstrate strong organisational skills. Attention to detail, commitment to achieving results, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential qualities for success in this role.

• Provide technical support and on-site product trials across the EAME region.

Demostrated ability to support clients in remote regions. History of commissioning equipment at new sites including the requisite training. Sales, exploration or mining industry experiences would be an advantage.
