A leading private higher education institution in South Africa is seeking a Call Centre Operator to support prospective students during their academic journey. This includes engaging with prospective students telephonically, providing information on available programmes, and assisting in converting leads into applications. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and 1-2 years of relevant experience. The role requires dedication to achieving conversion targets and maintaining accurate records.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.
