Electrical Engineering Lecturer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students.
• Develop, review, and update course content, teaching materials, and assessments.
• Supervise student projects and provide academic support.
• Ensure timely grading, moderation, and submission of results.
• Participate in accreditation, quality assurance, and curriculum improvement initiatives.
• Engage in research, publications, and professional development.
• Contribute to faculty meetings, advisory committees, and academic planning.
• Mentor and support academic staff where required.
• Maintain compliance with institutional policies, academic standards, and safety regulations.

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters or PhD preferred).
• Proven experience teaching in higher education or similar academic environments.
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering principles and applications.
• Experience with curriculum development, assessment, and student supervision.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with students and foster an interactive learning environment.
• Research experience and/or publications in relevant areas advantageous.
