As part of our growth strategy, Digiclean is expanding its footprint into general and commercial cleaning services, servicing office parks, commercial buildings, retail centres, and managed properties—bringing specialist standards into everyday commercial environments.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a Business Development Consultant / Contractor to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and contract origination. This is a performance-driven, commission-only role, ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with strong networks in facilities management, property management, and commercial real estate.
The consultant will be responsible for identifying, securing, and closing new business opportunities across specialist facilities as well as commercial cleaning contracts.
This role offers 20% commission on all revenue generated from deals closed or projects initiated, with no cap on earnings.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Market Expansion- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across specialist and commercial environments.
- Expand Digiclean’s commercial cleaning portfolio while leveraging its specialist credibility.
- Develop targeted go-to-market strategies.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Negotiate and close contracts.
- Build trusted relationships with property owners and facilities managers.
- Position Digiclean as a reliable cleaning partner.
- Ensure smooth handover to operations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Provide strategic feedback to management.
- 5–7 years’ experience in business development or sales within facilities, cleaning, or property-related sectors.
- Proven ability to close contracts.
- Strong industry network.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable with commission-only work.
- Up to 20% commission of revenue generated
