We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Administrator to join our team on a hybrid basis, with 2 days per week in the office
. The successful candidate will support the finance function by ensuring accurate administration, effective communication, and the proper handling of financial documentation.

• NQF Level 5 qualification in Administration or a related field
• Strong administrative and financial support experience
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

• Processing and managing Purchase Orders (PO) numbers and order numbers
• Capturing, tracking, and reconciling financial documentation
• Assisting with invoicing and general finance administration
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Liaising with suppliers, internal departments, and management
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Providing general administrative support to the finance team

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Professional, reliable, and deadline-drive
