Email & Communication Management

  • Oversee and manage a busy Outlook inbox, ensuring timely responses and structured organisation.
  • Draft, review, and prepare correspondence for internal and external communication.
  • Prioritise emails and follow up on outstanding matters.
Diary & Meeting Coordination
  • Manage a dynamic calendar across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, documentation, and pre-briefs where necessary.
  • Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Financial & Administrative Support
  • Perform accurate bank reconciliations, specifically for supplier EFTs and cash payments.
  • Track and record expenditure with attention to detail.
  • Maintain proper filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
Project Tracking & Home Renovation Support
  • Monitor project costs, progress, supplier performance, and timelines.
  • Source materials, obtain quotes, and communicate with contractors.
  • Provide regular project updates and flag risks or delays.
Errands & Procurement
  • Run daily or ad-hoc errands as required.
  • Source items according to specifications, comparing quality and price.
  • Manage supplier communication and delivery timelines.
General Office Support
  • Maintain organised digital and physical records.
  • Assist with personal and business tasks requiring discretion and initiative.
  • Handle unexpected tasks with a solutions-driven mindset.
