SUMMARY
About the Position: We are in search of a Project Administrator to provide support to the PMO and project managers by handling administration, coordination, and documentation, ensuring smooth daily operations, managing schedules, tracking budgets, organizing meetings, updating project timelines, preparing reports, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, all to keep projects aligned with goals and on tract.
POSITION INFO- National Diploma or Degree (or in progress) in business or project management/project administration or related field
- Soft skills – Organization, communication, time management, with hands‑on experience in a project environment
- 1-3 years’ experience in a project support environment
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing issue logs, risk registers, and change controls, creating progress reports, and ensuring accurate records- keeping
