Accountant; SAIPA

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Full accounting function, including journals, reconciliations, and month‑end processes
• Preparing management accounts and financial reports
• Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• VAT, EMP, and SARS submissions
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Supporting audits and liaising with auditors
• Providing financial insights to management to support strategic decisions

• BCom Accounting degree (essential)
• Completed SAIPA articles
• 1–3 years post‑articles experience (highly advantageous)
  Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Pastel, Xero, or similar)
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
