As a Home Service Technician
, you will complete our award‑winning, paid training to learn the skills required to be successful in the daily functions for providing home services. You will build relationships with customers and present home‑service‑related solutions.

You will:

• Use teamwork to install home services including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulation, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Communicate with customers, set project expectations, and walk them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as a problem solver for your customer by utilizing the training provided and interpersonal communication skills to decide on the most efficient, best pest solution.
• Complete all required service‑related documentation.

• Pay of USD $18.00 to $22.00 hourly.

• No experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
