Job Summary

Major Duties and Responsibilities- Perform general labor duties including insulation installation, heat trace installation, fire stopping, scaffolding, abatement, demolition, concrete cutting, coring, Division 10 specialties installation, and healthcare wall barrier installation
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with job site setup, material handling, and site cleanup
- Follow project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Maintain compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, crew members, and project managers
- Supervise and coordinate crews (Foreman/Superintendent level)
- Manage schedules, subcontractors, productivity, and quality control (Leadership roles)
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with safety and quality standards
- High school or Equivalent
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow directions and work in a team environment
- For leadership roles: prior construction supervisory experience
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Previous experience in demolition, concrete cutting, coring, or specialty construction
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Experience operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills (for Foreman/Superintendent roles)
- Able to lift, carry, push and pull to 50+ lbs., work on ladders, and stay active throughout the day
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and crouch for extended periods
- Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces and around mechanical equipment
- Comfortable working outdoors and in different weather conditions
- Must be able to wear PPE including hard hats, safety glasses, respirators, and harnesses
- Able to work in environments with dust, noise, and varying outdoor weather conditions
- Must be able to travel daily to various job sites
