Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a motivated Service Technician Trainee to join their team immediately. These full‑time positions will support our growing customer base across Central Virginia, including Richmond, Charlottesville, Williamsburg, Fredericksburg, Emporia, and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in water treatment service and installation. We provide hands‑on training, and candidates with experience in water treatment, plumbing, or electrical work are strongly encouraged to apply.

About the Role

As a Service Technician Trainee, you will learn to:

* Install, service, and troubleshoot a variety of water filtration and treatment systems

* Support systems used in commercial, industrial, laboratory, pharmaceutical, and medical environments

* Work independently in the field to diagnose issues and deliver customer‑focused solutions

This is a field‑based role, with significant time spent traveling within the territory.

Physical Requirements

* Lift up to 50 lbs to chest height

* Work in crouched or kneeling positions as needed

* Safely use a ladder occasionally

* Perform duties in diverse indoor and outdoor environments

What We're Looking For

Required:

* A clean driving record

* Strong willingness to learn a wide range of systems

* Excellent communication skills

* High adaptability and problem‑solving abilities

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred:

* 1 year of mechanical experience

* 1 year of water treatment experience

* 1 year of plumbing experience

Travel:
Approximately 50% of the time.
