As a Home Service Technician
, you will complete our award-winning, paid training to learn the skills required to be successful in the daily functions for providing home services. As a representative of our team, you will build relationships with our customers and home service-related solutions!

You Will…

• Use teamwork to install home services to include, but not limited to, attic remediation’s, crawlspace encapsulations, and radiant heat barrier s for energy efficiency
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Communicate with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction
• Serve as a problem solver for your customer by utilizing the in-depth training provided and interpersonal communication skills to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs
• Complete all required service-related documentation

• Pay of USD $18.00 to $22.00 hourly

As a Home Service Technician at Perma Treat, you must possess the following skills/requirements:

• No Experience Required!
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable federal, state and local laws.

You must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
