Position OverviewYou will:
- Conduct private sales consultations
- Guide families through artwork design decisions
- Recommend premium wall collections
- Address concerns professionally
- Close high-value orders
- Maintain studio sales standards
This is consultative selling with accountability and measurable results.
Required Experience- 3+ years successful sales track record
- Comfortable discussing pricing confidently
- Strong objection-handling ability
- Goal-driven and competitive
- Professional demeanor
- Thursday-Saturday availability required
- Background in fine art, jewelry, luxury retail, or interior design preferred
- Base pay plus uncapped commission
