As an Outfitter, you are the heart and sole of our brand. You recommend gear and products that help a customer cross their next finish line, regardless of what that looks like. This position goes above and beyond to care for our customers and communities. You build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers, vendors, and peers by listening to needs, providing personalized solutions, and outfitting them with everything they need to get started or persevere.
