As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

• Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management
• Cleans all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash per the Environmental Sustainability Program
• Maintain appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish low supplies

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
