Capital Ale House - : [Kitchen Supervisor] As a Kitchen Manager at Capital Ale House, you'll:
Communicate with Assistant Managers and restaurant staff operational issues concerning the quality of service, cleanliness, and efficient operations;
Ensure all marketing responsibilities, deadlines and new programs are completed and in effect;
Monitor the profitability of the restaurant operations and act upon deficiencies;
Identify areas of need within the operation and correct problems;
Plan and prepare daily food specials;
Assist in food menu development.
