Line Cook

Line cooks (part-time and full-time) are needed to join our kitchen team.

Starting hourly wage: $17-$22/hour

• Learn all recipes, sourcing and cooking techniques.
• Adhere to standards of quality, sanitation and safety protocols.
• Cross train in all stations—salad, sauté, plancha and wood oven.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Assist with prep and dishwashing when needed.

• Kitchen experience preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
• Safe, competent knife skills.
• Physically able to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience with wood-fired cooking a plus.
