Experience:
Previous experience working in a kitchen setting is highly beneficial for line cooks. This may include positions such as prep cook, dishwasher, kitchen assistant, or other entry-level kitchen roles. - Desirable - Previous experience in a high volume restaurant.

Dishwashers need to ensure that dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Attention to detail is crucial to spot and remove any food residue or stains. - Time Management:
Dishwashers often work in fast-paced environments where they need to manage their time efficiently to keep up with the flow of dirty dishes and utensils. - Knowledge of Safety Procedures:
Dishwashers should be familiar with safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. This includes proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals. - Technological Proficiency
- Use of Dishwashing Equipment:
Dishwashers should be proficient in operating various types of dishwashing equipment, including commercial dishwashers, conveyor belts, and pot washers. - Desirable - Understanding of Chemicals and Cleaning Agents:
