Prep Crew member – Midlothian

• Follow proper food handling methods
• Maintain clean and sanitary work station
• Prepare delicious food, day-in and day-out
• Maintain positive and cheerful attitude during all shifts
• Report to Kitchen Leader with any food quality concerns
• Follow all recipes and instructions, with guidance from the Kitchen Manager
• Lift and transport moderately heavy food items and kitchen equipment, as needed

Starting Salary: $15.00/hr (including tips)

• Extra Pay - In addition to base pay, additional earning opportunities:
  • Tips:
    Tips are pooled among hourly employees, paid biweekly, often boosting base pay by more than $2/hr.
  • Quarterly Profit-Share:
    Full-time employees share in profits. The profit-share is paid quarterly and can equal up to 10% of quarterly pay, paid after each quarter.
  • 401(k):
    Company 401(k) with a 50% bonus on profit-share funds committed to the plan.
