Are you looking for a position with independent and solitary working conditions, stable hours and pay? We need enthusiastic, friendly, and caring employees to provide janitorial services and supervision for our clients’ offices in the Richmond area.

• Location:
  
  Arboretum Area – Midlothian
• Pay: $15 / hour
• Hours:
  
  M–F – Flex hours starting at 4:00 pm, 2.5 hours/night (10.5 hrs/week)

• Consistently keep the facility clean, secure, and safe; regular attendance is critical.
• Perform cleaning tasks: trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
• Direct staff to accomplish daily, weekly, and project‑specified tasks.
• Train, supervise, develop, and motivate janitorial staff.
• Take corrective action when appropriate.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses to requests and concerns.
• Complete all cleaning tasks to ensure the building is clean at the end of the day.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• Team Lead experience with strong communication skills; able to set expectations, train staff, diagnose issues, and improve cleaning activities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Education and work history demonstrating a strong work ethic and responsibility.
• Effective communication with client contacts, building occupants, and co‑workers.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaborate as a team member.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform necessary tasks.
• Physically capable of standing the entire shift and performing tasks such as walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, crouching, and lifting.
