We are the parent company of AFC Franchising, LLC (AFCF). This position works directly with a franchised business location; specific duties and benefits can vary between franchises.
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) cares for patients within the scope of training and approved agreements, as outlined by their governing board. The APP works collaboratively with other providers and staff to ensure efficient patient flow and a high level of patient satisfaction.

- Perform complete, detailed, and accurate health histories; review patient records; develop comprehensive medical assessments; order laboratory, radiological, and diagnostic studies appropriate for the patient's condition.
- Formulate medical and nursing diagnoses; institute therapy or referrals to appropriate health‑care facilities, agencies, and resources.
- Institute emergency measures and treatment or appropriate stabilization in situations such as cardiac arrest, shock, hemorrhage, convulsions, poisoning, and allergic reactions.
- Interpret and analyze patient data to determine status, management, and treatment.
- Provide instructions and guidance regarding health care and health promotion to patients, families, and significant others.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Excellent communicator with staff, patients, and family.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certified – 1 yr ER/UC experience preferred.
- Active and current physician assistant or nurse practitioner licensure in the state of practice, DEA number, and state-controlled substance certificate, as required.
- Able to multi‑task and work independently.
- DOT certification preferred.l
- Credentialed to see ages 2 and up.
Compensation: $65.00 – $80.00 per hour.
