Medical Front Desk Specialist

Intimate Wellness Institute is the regions only medical center exclusively for Urogynecology, Aesthetic Gynecology, Advanced Women's Care and Menopause care. This premier Women's Health practice, located in Midlothian, VA, is seeking a Medical Front Desk Specialist to join its team.

As our Front Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage phone inquiries triaged by our remote receptionist
• Oversee patient check-out and appointment flow
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and coffee bar area
• Act as a hostess, ensuring patients are comfortable and well attended

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a service-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting
• Prior hospitality or concierge experience preferred (medical experience not required)
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 830 AM-5 PM

Compensation:
This position starts at $18 per hour with the opportunity to increase to $20 per hour for exceptional candidates.
