The opportunityWe are seeking a polished, warm, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to add to our team! Our front staff are the first and last point of contact so you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional experience for every patient, from their first phone call to their final check-out.
Key responsibilities- Patient greeting and reception: Warmly welcome and assist all patients and visitors, creating a positive and lasting first impression.
- Scheduling and coordination: Manage the appointment schedule, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments with precision.
- Patient communication: Answer phones, respond to emails, and address patient inquiries with professionalism and extensive knowledge of our services and products.
- Administrative duties: Handle patient check-in and check-out, verify patient information and insurance, process payments, and manage patient records with discretion and accuracy.
- Retail sales support: Provide knowledgeable recommendations on our medical-grade skincare products and cosmetic services and assist with inventory and retail displays.
- Office organization: Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception and waiting areas.
- Team collaboration: Support the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless and coordinated patient experience.
- Experience: Proven front desk, reception, or customer-facing experience, preferably in a medical, spa, or luxury retail environment preferred but medical front desk experience required
- Interpersonal skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with a genuinely warm and welcoming personality.
- Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency with scheduling software, Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professionalism: Polished, confident, and discreet demeanor when handling sensitive patient information.
