• Automotive Technician experience (Mercedes-Benz or luxury brand experience highly preferred).
• ASE certification (preferred but not required; we support the certification processes).
• Ability to work with advanced diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and quality.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Perform a wide range of vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance tasks on Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
• Efficiently and accurately assess mechanical problems, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Conduct routine services such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and alignments. Inspect and repair engines, transmissions, air conditioning systems, steering, and suspension.
• Complete manufacturer and dealership training to stay current on Mercedes-Benz vehicle technology and service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors to ensure customers are informed about repairs and the status of their vehicles.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Salary: $65,000 - $120,000 a year
