NTB is proud to join the Mavis Tires Family. We’re looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in Henrico, VA.
About the Position of Assistant ManagerAs a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Assistant Managers are responsible for enforcing established policies, scheduling mechanics/technicians’ work, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and ensuring the safety of team members.
About the Position of Service ManagerThe Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. Service Managers direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians, and stage vehicle repair/maintenance work. They drive sales initiatives, communicate directly with customers, assess needs, provide information on repairs, and strive to meet customer expectations.
