A community sports organization in Midlothian is seeking an experienced Site Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our recreational sports leagues. The ideal candidate will supervise referees, manage parent conflicts, and handle inquiries while creating a safe and enjoyable environment for young athletes and their families. Must have a strong background in sports and excellent conflict resolution skills. Availability on weekends is required.
