What Your Day EntailsYou'll enjoy a fulfilling career in a dynamic environment with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM, and occasional weekends as needed. As our Lead HVAC Installer, you lead your team in efficiently installing heating and air conditioning equipment. You oversee complete system changeouts, air handler/furnace changeouts, coil changeouts, and condenser changeouts. Your responsibilities are critical in ensuring top-notch service delivery, and your leadership sets the standard for excellence in every installation project.
OurIdeal Lead HVAC Installer
- 5+ years of experience installing heating and air conditioning systems
- EPA certified
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
