Bonus Program:
Eligible to participate in a bonus program based on restaurant performance, paid out periodically.

• Control profitability through cash control, inventory management, labor management, and financial reviews.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff including Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train employees to operational excellence.
• Complete inventory counts bi-weekly.
• Ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction with friendly service and quality products.

• Minimum 1 year experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk constantly; operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location. Starting ranges include:

• Maryland: $53,000 - $58,000
• New York: $55,000 - $60,000
• NYC: $65,000 - $70,000
• Cincinnati, OH: $54,000 - $58,000
