Overview
Manna House is seeking a full-time Development Specialist to help grow and sustain our mission through strategic fundraising and community partnerships. This role focuses on individual giving, corporate and faith-based partnerships, grants, special events, appeals, and managing digital fundraising efforts with an external consultant.
Responsibilities- Growing individual, corporate, foundation, and faith-based giving
- Writing and managing grants
- Planning fundraising events and special appeals
- Managing donor relationships and stewardship
- Coordinating digital fundraising campaigns
- Tracking fundraising results and donor data
- 2+ years of nonprofit fundraising or development experience
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Organized, proactive, and mission-driven
