Manufacturing Machine Operator - Food &Cosmetic; DAL

Regal Staffing Services is hiring Machine Operators for a food and cosmetics manufacturing facility in Midlothian. This role involves operating, maintaining, and cleaning production equipment in a fast-paced environment.

• 1st Shift
  :
  Monday - Friday with some Saturday's | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $18.50/hour
• 2nd Shift Monday - Friday with some Saturday’s | 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM | $19.00/hour

(Must be able to train on 1st shift for 2 months).

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Loads and unloads raw materials needed for production.
• Loads caps into the hopper of the capping machine.
• Starts machine and observes operation to detect malfunctions of machine.
• Adjusts temperature on heat seal tunnel on occasion.
• Tends to various machines related to Extracting.
• Pushes buttons, etc. to activate machine.
• Perform adjustments needed for the machine to run effectively.
• Read specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Sets production speed on the amount that is filled.
• Loads rolls of shrink wrap film onto the shrink wrap machine.
• Observes machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction.
• Performs minor machine maintenance such as oiling machines, troubleshooting, assembling machine, disassembling machine for cleaning and sanitization.
• Clean and sanitize the equipment.
• Keeps a clean workstation and safe environment for the production line.

• Must have machine operation experience preferable in the food manufacturing industry.
• Must adhere to GMPs and PPE’s safety protocols.
• Must be able to stand up to 10 hours during shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must have solid stable work history.
• Pass background and drug screen.
