Registered Branch Associates create capacity for the Financial Advisor by partnering together to serve existing clients at the direction of the Financial Advisor. They support the branch process in order to provide a streamlined client experience, understand client motivations and goals, and accelerate trust within the branch team.
Training & Support- Training may include mentoring, job shadowing, coaching and branch office visits.

- Ability to learn and apply legal and regulatory requirements related to selling financial solutions.

- High School Diploma/Equivalent required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 3-5 years of relevant experience in securities/financial services industry preferred.
- Series 7 and Series 66 required; if not currently registered, registrations may be obtained during the assigned study period.
- FINRA registrations required within three months; state insurance licenses also required.
- Deepen relationships with existing clients.
- Gather information and collect suitability information to open new accounts.
- Research portfolio performance, cost/fees, asset allocation, changes to portfolio construction/investments, and make recommendations to the Financial Advisor and communicate to clients on behalf of the Financial Advisor when in agreement with recommendation.
- Execute Financial Advisor solicited buy/sell orders and confirm with clients.
- Answer general client questions regarding Edward Jones Stock recommendations and withdrawals.
- Actively work on branch strategies as part of a continuous evaluation and execution plan.
- Continually develop yourself to grow personally and professionally.
Hiring Minimum: $30.82
Hiring Maximum: $33.37
