STV is seeking a
** CADD Tech
** with5+ years of relevant experience for a position with our Transportation Group.

Primary responsibilities will include:
* Create and update design plans:
Develop detailed roadway and transportation plans using Open Roads Designer and Micro Station.
* Generate cross-sections, and construction drawings, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.
* Collaborate with engineers:
Work closely with civil engineers to translate design concepts into accurate CADD drawings and models.
* Ensure compliance and accuracy:
Perform quality checks to ensure all designs meet state DOT and federal standards while maintaining accuracy.
* Manage project files:
Organize and maintain drawings and models using Project Wise or similar document management systems.

Qualifications
* Associate’s degree or technical certification in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in drafting and designing for civil engineering projects.
* Proficiency in Open Roads Designer (ORD) and Micro Station.
* Strong understanding of civil engineering design standards and specifications, particularly in roadway, transportation, and site development projects.
* Experience creating and modifying plan sets, cross-sections, and profiles in ORD and Micro Station.
* Familiarity with file management and organization within Project Wise or similar document management systems.
* Ability to interpret engineering plans, specifications, and design guidelines.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all deliverables.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and project manage

Compensation Range:$64,848.58 - $86,464.77
