Compensation$45,000 - $47,000 / year
Position SummaryThe Customer Service Associate is responsible for assisting with Administration and Customer Service tasks for the Sales department.
This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week with occasional weekend work depending on company internal and external project demands.
Primary/Essential Responsibilities and Duties- Administer as directed by the company Customer Service Manager the customer service functions.
- Assist with quotations
- Send shipping notices to customers
- Assist Director of Sales and outside Sales staff with various tasks
- Partner in compilation of department work instructions and maintaining databases and reports
- Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations
- Maintain departmental housekeeping standards
- Other duties as assigned surrounding Customer Service and Administration
Skills and Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- Associates degree in Business
- 5 years of work experience in lieu of degree
- 2-3 years of work experience in Customer Service and Administration
- Experience in Industrial Manufacturing a plus.

Work Environment:
The job operates primarily in an office environment with some/minimal work that will require exposure to loud noises, machines, fumes, heat/cold in the plant facility.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The employee is required to stand, walk, sit, listen, and talk. The employee must occasionally lift/move up to 20 lbs. If object is over 50 lbs., employee must get assistance.
Proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and Safety Regulations must be adhered to at all times while at the production plant.
