Procurement Analyst – 1st Shift – Travel

GX O Logistics, Inc. is looking for a dynamic Procurement Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on coordinating purchasing activities, managing supplier performance, and ensuring service-level objectives are met for a 1st‑shift schedule (Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm).

• Handle and monitor blanket and discrete purchase orders.
• Monitor supplier performance to maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels.
• Oversee corrective actions to ensure service performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between parts/service suppliers and the company.
• Work with Customer Service and program participants to resolve critical part‑supply issues.
• Process the Non‑Conforming Inventory (NCI) program.

• Ability to travel up to 75 % of the time.
• Must possess a REAL ‑compliant driver’s license or passport to comply with federal travel regulations.
• Familiarity and ability to comply with TSA security procedures.
• Ability to travel domestically via road, rail, and air as required.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a commodity buyer.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
