Five Below - 13210 South Cicero Avenue - Responsibilities:
Ensures all crew members are wowing the customer through personal contact with customers;
Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly checkout;
Holds oversight of the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service;
Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and urgent issues;
Manages opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring smooth daily operation
