Description

We are seeking a Dri Flow Facility Operator in Midland, TX who will support Downhole Chemical Solutions by managing powder deliveries and daily facility operations. This role involves loading pneumatic trailers, tracking inventory, and ensuring all work aligns with company safety, health, and environmental policies. The operator must follow directions, work safely, and collaborate effectively with the Dri Flow team under the guidance of the Facility Manager or designated supervisor.

Responsibilities

& Expectations
  • Perform the duties as requested by the Facility Supervisor.
  • Responsible for inventory by arranging for the inspection of materials, verifying count of product, and adequately transacting returned inventory into stock.
  • Operate forklift and Yard dog.
  • Responsible for documenting/recording inventory movement within the warehouse when inventory is relocated to optimize efficiencies.
  • Responsible for identifying and labeling material and recording/assigning and placing it in its assigned locations to maintain inventory and ensure accuracy.
  • Responsible for equipment operations, including loading/unloading of incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Responsible for performing and reporting cycle counts assigned by the inventory supervisor/manager.
  • Responsible for preparing and securing outgoing inventory orders for outgoing shipments, verify inventory listed on incoming orders sent to the warehouse.
  • Responsible for pulling and verifying inventory listed on incoming orders sent to the warehouse.
  • Responsible for the staging of secured outgoing inventory in the designated staging area.
  • Responsible for the pre‑use inspections and preventive maintenance of filling equipment assigned to the warehouse.
  • Responsible for counting, receiving, storing, shipping, and replenishing inventory goods associated with the warehouse.
  • Ensure material is handled, packaged, or stored in a way that does not cause damage or harm to people, processes, or product.
  • Support transactions and activities associated with Asset management as required.
  • Responsible for completing all company‑designated training and competency programs assigned to the position.
Requirements Physical requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Stooping and bending
  • Lift at least 50 pounds

  • Pass a pre‑employment physical exam
  • Work outdoors for long periods of time
  • Endure all types of weather
  • Exposure to varying outdoor conditions (chemicals, gases, noise, dampness, fumes, radiation, and heights)
General Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must have and maintain a valid state‑issued driver’s license
  • Be able to drive a company vehicle and meet the requirements of the Company’s vehicle program, policy, and/or guidelines
  • 2 years of stable, related work history in oilfield
  • Prior experience in warehousing, inventory, and forklift
  • Five (5) years of stable, related work history in oilfield, preferably on a hydraulic fracturing crew
Additional Information
  • Compensation: $18/hr moving up to $20/hr after 30‑day probationary period
  • Location:

    In‑person at Midland office
  • Schedule:

    Monday‑Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Rotation: 12 days on/2 days off rotation
  • Possible overtime
