Parts Runner

Job Summary

The Part Runner plays a crucial role in supporting operations by picking up, delivering, and tracking parts and supplies. They help maintain inventory accuracy, provide excellent customer service, and assist department staff as needed. This position requires reliability, organization, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Pick up parts from vendors, suppliers, and warehouses.mo and deliver them promptly to customers, job sites, and internal departments.
• Transport parts safely, ensuring proper handling and storage to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate records of parts delivered, received Кир country, and remaining in inventory.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles, and occasionally perform physical tasks such as lifting items up to 40‑60 lbs.
• Verify orders for accuracy including packing slips, purchase orders, and delivery instructions.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and supporting customers or technicians.
• Support general shop or service operations, including maintaining cleanliness of work spaces and vehicles.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, vendors, and customers.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy parts, often up to 40‑60 lbs., and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or automotive parts handling.
• Familiarity with inventory management software or Microsoft Office products.
• Forklift certification or mechanical skills for handling equipment.
