Head Football Coach and AD for the West Texas Comanches
PSP CISD
PSP CISD is seeking a highly motivated and student-centered Head Football Coach
to lead and grow our athletic programs.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive school community committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the field.
Position Highlights:
- Head Football Coach /AD

- Assignment(s), stipend, and compensation are negotiable
Qualifications:
- Valid Texas teaching certificate
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to student success, character development, and program building
- Head coaching experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and manage the football program
- Serve as a district or campus level administrator in a role that fits a skill set
- Develop athletes academically, socially, and competitively
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and community
- Uphold UIL and district standards
