Field Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Field Technician for a full-time, on-site role based in Midland, TX. The Field Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of safety equipment. Daily tasks include conducting inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and effectively communicating with on-site personnel and clients to provide exceptional service and ensure safety standards are met.

• Experience with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of safety equipment
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, inspection processes, and compliance standards
• Ability to work effectively in field environments and under varying conditions
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organization
• Strong communication skills for interacting with teams and clients
• Relevant certifications in safety practices or equipment maintenance are a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles
• High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational or technical training preferred
