This is a full-time on-site role located in Midland, TX for Structural Welders/Fitters. The responsibilities include performing precise welding tasks such as arc welding, TIG welding, and MIG welding to fabricate and assemble utility structures. The role also involves interpreting technical blueprints and schematics, measuring materials, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The Structural Welders/Fitters will work collaboratively to complete projects efficiently, maintain the safety of the workspace, and follow all industry protocols.
Qualifications- Proficiency in welding techniques such as Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding
- Experience with general Welding practices and working with various Materials
- Understanding of technical blueprints, schematics, and fabrication procedures
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in industrial and construction environments
- Commitment to maintaining safety standards and protocols
- Certification in welding or equivalent professional experience is preferred
- Punctuality, teamwork skills, and ability to meet deadlines
