This is a full-time, on-site role located in Midland, TX, for a Field Service Technician. The primary duties include performing installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of industrial automation systems. The Field Service Technician will also be expected to conduct diagnostic testing, provide technical support, maintain detailed service records, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational standards. Collaboration with clients and internal teams to address equipment performance issues is a key part of the role.

Occasional travel to client sites may be required.

• Proficiency in installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial automation systems
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Technical knowledge of control systems, PLCs, and related equipment
• Familiarity with safety protocols and operational standards in industrial settings
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in team environments and with clients
• Hands-on experience in electrical systems and mechanical components is a plus
• Relevant certifications or a technical degree in industrial automation, electrical engineering, or a similar field is preferred
• Willingness to travel for on-site client support
