This is a full-time, on-site role for a Compressor Mechanic located in Midland, TX. The Compressor Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and preventative upkeep of compressor and pump systems. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, performing mechanical repairs, conducting routine maintenance checks on heavy equipment, and ensuring optimal equipment performance for operational safety and efficiency.

• Strong skills in Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
• Experience in Troubleshooting and diagnosing machinery issues effectively
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with Heavy Equipment
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and on-site locations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or technical training are a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
