• Perform field installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ESP systems.
• Ensure job quality through adherence to procedures and safety standards.
• Accurately complete field service documentation and job reports.
• Communicate effectively with field leadership and customers.
• Maintain all company-issued equipment and tools.
• Follow all NOV HSE and operational policies.

• Coordinate activities on-site with supervisors and engineers.
• Report job site incidents, near misses, and abnormal conditions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in safety meetings.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in outdoor oilfield environments.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and electronic job reporting tools.
