Powerline Crew (Line Foreman, Lineman A, Lineman B, Line Operator, Groundman)

Powerline Crew positions available at B.H. Inc. (Midland, TX) for full‑time. B.H. Inc. is seeking skilled crews to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs in industrial settings while meeting current codes and safety standards. Apprenticeship Lineman can enroll in our program toward a Journeyman license.

As a Powerline Crew, you will earn a competitive wage:
Line Foreman $46–54 per hour
, Lineman A & B $36–46 per hour
, Operators $30–36 per hour
, and Groundman $25–30 per hour (all paying according to experience). The position requires travel; qualified applicants are eligible for per diem. Benefits include health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, and paid time off (PTO).

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Lineman license or equivalent line experience
• Experience in a linework environment
• Class A CDL (required for all positions)
• Strong work history
• Willingness to travel
